Two quarts of Mobil 1 tranny fluid, and 1 quart of Lucas transmission fix (not exactly 3 Liters, so add a little more Mobil 1 fluid). It got rid of my 1-2 grind and it made my shifting a lot smoother!! I think I only had about 18,000 miles on the car when I changed my fluid. :THUMBSUP:
