Hmmmmmmmmmm ... my very own VIN now comes up with that "*THIS VEHICLE HAD A CUDL CONTACT CLOSED"
I never got a call for paint problems (God help them if they did) ... but I did call customer service the day my service manager said I had "modified" the car by adding the stripes and 'scoop' ... maybe that is a ticket that is opened if you call Fords 800#?
