Next....I disconnected the egr tube from the stock manifold and from the intake from up above. This needs to be able to be moved out of the way to
knock out the driver side freeze plug to install the new fitting.
Once disconnected...it can be moved out of the way.
It takes a 1 1/16 inch wrench. If your car is a dd or has some milage...spray this down with some solvent to aid in it's removal. Mine broke right loose.
But my car has never seen any weather.
