Make sure you have the right gasket, older blocks used a different gasket and they visually look identical. Light it up on the block to make sure all the of the gasket is on the sealing surface. The wrong one will be barely off the sealing area and looks like it would work. The WAP block and the Teksid blocks use a different gasket. (I kinda recall your block was not a WAP?)
