When I screwed mine up
I went to my dealer expecting to order or come up empty and he said "I have two".
I bought both, used one and put the other one someplace safe. Now I wish that place I thought was so safe was easy to remember. I have the receipt with the extra plug but the parts guy didn't look it up, he just walked right to it.
I have my water temp in the block drain now but if those crossover tube sender adapters are available again, I'm getting one. It's kind of hot for the wiring using the block drain.
