Wow, I had 4 Throttle bodies on the Terminator and they all did similar things. Some would stick off-idle and would vacuum lock. Others would hang and have a high idle. I took them apart, machined the blades, and other little things. They drove me crazy!

I have a BBK on the Mach now and it sticks off-idle sometimes. I give Ford props for making good stock ones, as the aftermarket ones for Machs and Cobras stunk.

When my motor heated up, some heat expansion would occur and it would stick more. The only TB that worked well was the Billetflow revised version for the Termy.
