I'd try the dealership first since I assume the part you're talking about is the plastic lens and it is not Mach 1 specific. These parts were used on every Mustang from '99-'04 so they should be fairly cheap. If you feel lucky you could try a junkyard or I would try MPS salvage, they deal specifically in Mustangs.
