you'll get tons of different suggestions on intake and exhaust, but my personal preferences are SLP long tubes, SLP X-pipe, Magnaflow/Magnapack catback with a JLT RAI intake (so you can keep the shaker ducting).
As far as programmers go, I've got no clue. I never used one on the Mach, but it seems that the masses prefer SCT XCal2.
