I am having a hard time with Ford about this ESP warranty. They will not release the original owners information to me.Tey tried to send me back to Carmax to have them contact the owner. Plain and simple its soinds to me that Ford does not want to deal with this situation because the original owner did not recieve his money back. All I know is the guys first name, I will PM you more info. As it stands now Ford states there is nothing they can do for me, you know and I know this not true. When I was at Ford the Finance manager had the originals owners name but would not give it to me. Am I getting the run around here or what?
