FYI, while taking the Mach 1 for a test drive, I noticed that shifting from 1 -> 2 and from 2 -> 3 was "raspy". I'm in Ontario, Canada where the temperature was about -10 degrees Celcius during the test drive, so the raspiness was fairly evident.

I also noticed that the driver's side seat belt wasn't retracting properly.

So, after the test drive, I dug out copies of TSB 04-15-6 and TSB 05-16-11 from my file folder, and gave them to the dealership salesperson. I indicated that I wanted both issues resolved as part of the purchase.

The dealership is currently installing the "Synchro Kit" as mentioned in TSB 04-15-6.
