So the headers netted a total of 14 HP and 1 FT. LBS. TRQ. However, it gained across the boards throughout the band.

thats what i pulled with the same set up, i figure 7 hp for the headers and 7 for the x-pipe. its a very expensive install,but now i got a car with headers like i always wanted.
