Remember that the resurrection of the modern muscle car started with the '82 Mustang GT and its 5.0 (302) H.O. 2V engine (the fastest production American car that year) and it took off from there. What was the hp rating for this milestone in modern muscle car era? How about the 289 K code hi-po engine (regular Mustang and Shelby version)? The 428 Cobra Jet? And the highest output of the 5.0, the '93 Cobra 'R'?
