Emailed Bill and noted the tune on the PCM and XCal 3 are for:
The last tune it had was for a Whipple 3.4, E85, T-56 transmission, and return style fuel system.

Again this can all be removed once the PCM is installed and the tune removed.

Or get an unlocked SCT X3 and sale the PCM off for cheap or keep as a back up.
