STD is the Standard correction. I believe it's what the engine is making under the conditions of the moment it is dynoed, ie air temp, humidity etc
Sae is the Society of Automotive Engineers standard. It corrects the conditions of the moment that you are dynoed to a accepted engineering standard. It is meant to level the playing field so numbers can be interpreted and compared on a equal basis. SAE is the accepted correction factor.
