buddy im in the army too and ive had my exhaust very loud on base and lived on base too with it like that and never had a problem, as long as you do it at the right place at the right time you will be fine, shift at 2k rpm and you will be fine, most people will like it
my buddy had borla and o/r h pipe sounded sick
