Is this the question you had in mind?
What I understand this to mean is, if there are no repairs listed, then no repairs were made. This came up on 2 cars at the lot out of 4 that I ran thru OASIS. I dunno why, but I know for a fact they had no repairs done as they JUST came off the truck!
