Got some DDMtuning HIDs a few weeks ago. Put them in and realized the car has reversed polarity. Switched passenger side and turned the lights on to test. It got BRIGHT then dimmed (from what I could see on my moms car parked ahead of me). I flipped the driver side, turned them on again, and it got BRIGHT and STAYED bright. I haven't done the blatantly obvious and switched bulbs yet. Yesterday I ran halfway down my block at night with the lights on and noticed the driver side fog light also seems brighter. The fogs have brand new sylvania silverstar bulbs. What would cause this? grounding issue?
