I just drilled 3 holes 3/16" in a stock replacement 180 thermostat and have the fan overide switch so no need to burp and runs much cooler between rounds at the strip. I run the fan with motor off...

I ment to ask would you advance 4 with the cloyds gears or just run dot to dot with my current setup with 4.56 gears? I do plan to add lt headers at some point also... thanks again, Andy

i would guess you would make more torque with them advanced but which way would have more power with 4.56 gears? Thanks, Andy

Neither as I bought the $10 correct thermostat!

Well i put in a stck replacement 180 thermostat with three 3/8 holes drilled in the valve. The 160 thermostat was definately smaller on the end and...

Which would be better use of funds, a larger radiator or an electric water pump?

I want to be able to keep it cool when drag racing...

I have a 160 thermostat with the steeda pulleys right...
