keep in mind the tuner could have made the high and low speed fans the same temp or something goofy so it's not foolproof. I cant remember - when that resistor shorts out if the fan gets stuck on low...

I would bet the high speed leg died or theres an issue with the resistor.
If you look at the harness going to the fan on the passenger side you can pull that assembly out - see if it's burnt. If...

it needs to go before the ABS module.
I dont know if they still have the kits with pre-bent lines, my pre-bent kit (slp maybe?) mounted to the dirver side fender liner...I did it while the motor...

if the fuel pump was going that would make it lean as well.
Easiest thing to do is with a helper you can reach the pump harness between the tank and bumper, put a volt meter on the correct pins...

mine randomly did that other day, I had forgotten to put it on the battery tender so Im assuming it was just a little weak. It was fine once I fired it up and drove it a bit
