Ok guys here is a really good site that sells polishing kits,powdercoating kits and chrome kits.but their forums are really helpful.just give them a look and see if anything might help you out..

nope they want rub with a 2" drop.and i suggest the sportlines because i had a set on my 96 mustang with 18x9's and had no problems..here is a pic of mine now with intrax 2" on 18's

to wet sand all you need to do is wet your paper and start sanding using medium pressure and keep wetting the surface untill it's sanded completly then let dry and polish...

You should be able to just use 2000 grit paper and "WET" sand the wheel then polish with what ever polish compound you choose..i would suggest 'WHITE DIAMONDS' or 'MOTHERS BILLIT' polish..should not...

My car does sag a little in the rear, but i wanted it to.it's because i took the isolators out of the rear for that reason..i think with the isolators back in it would sit level.as far as the caster...

thanks, the wheels are 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rear...tires are 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear. as far as the offset i dont know that.....but they set futher back in the wheels well than my 18"...
