I can tell you we don't break in gears on trucks. They buy new trucks or put in new rears go and hook to trailer and go trucking.

We rarely rebuild rears now just end up putting in new drop in ...

I changed my low fan speed to 195 and high fan speed 205. Just lowing them each 5 degrees I do...

LOL you still don't get it. I never said ice just turned to water vapor it somewhat steams off you have to see it. You believe if the bottle said it cures all elements too drink some let me know...

Not exactly,,

The rad cap is what raises the boiling point because you are putting it under pressure. I can't find my notes each psi the the cap is something 5 or 7 degrees it raises the boiling...

Cable do stretch out hyd clutches are nice but they have there issues too. I'm not a fan of hyd clutches don't like how they feel

Speeding it up shortens the life of the superchanger and just heats the stock unit up. Thats why the switch over to KB or Whipple better unit

The stock trans in ours cars are in genreal called wide ratio trans. Nice thing I see about the T56 it's a close ratio trans less RPM lose between shifts keeping the engine in it's power band

I never had 8.8 detroit locker but I've had 8" and 9" they work the same way. With the auto trans they work smoother still hard on tires, hear it click turning corners unless you get on then it locks...

I've done many many seals never had a issue of the spring coming. Most seals you going to have to dig the get that spring out.

Yes but 5.4 has taller deck and longer rod so side load is less. Should say rod angle ratio but there are many factroy engines with very poor rod angle ratio. GM big block comes to mind on this one

It's not so much piston speed it the side thrust put on the piston at BDC.

I'm still trying to see the logic in blaming the coating on the gears. Nothing in what you are saying points to the gears. As of now I would look of it was installed I don't care how many time he has...
