engine cooling fan and associated symptoms

Just wanted to spare somebody a headache...

If your cooling fan locks up like just mine did, you may experience the following: overheat, the dreaded 'tick' as a result of hot #8 cylinder, AC...

Can someone please post a pic or two showing what the Lethal Performance Gen 2 coolant mod looks like after it is installed on a normally aspirated Mach?

Thanks!

Re: cylinder head cooling mod

I'm curious as to how well the plastic parts have held up on this kit. Any issues?

Re: 275/40r17 or 315/35r17 which is better for overall performance on rear?

Just for fun. I'm not serious about drag racing and don't autocross or road race, but I'd like more traction all year long because I drive it all year, but generally not in inclement weather unless...

Re: 275/40r17 or 315/35r17 which is better for overall performance on rear?

Good question, thanks for asking.

My car put down 320+ hp and 345+ t. (mods: intake and exhaust, and a really good tune)

I have zero modifications to the suspension and since it only has...

Thanks very much for the input, that is a tire I hadn't considered.

275/40r17 or 315/35r17 which is better for overall performance on rear?

Hello all, I've been running Sumitomo 315/35r17s on the rear with stock size tires up front on my Mach for several years and am not really thrilled with the performance of the rear tires.

I've...

Re: What to do to get 300 rwhp on a Mach 1

You see the dyno report right?

It was the best of 4 pulls. HP varied from 320, 318, 312. T stayed above 340. The best was the second pull.

Perhaps you're mistaken. I've noticed folks are...

Re: What to do to get 300 rwhp on a Mach 1

It's from a 2016 DynoCom 6000. Not sure what you mean by generous. Is there something wrong with a DynoCom dyno?

Re: 4,600 Oil Change

You can do it with Amsoil full synthetic. In fact, you can leave it in for a year and it'll last 25,000 miles. I've been using it in all my cars since 02 and it is fantastic.

Re: Help with Fuel tank mod.

No...it's not really plug and play...that makes it sound too easy.

Our Mach 1s us a returnless fuel system where pressure is regulated by the fuel pump delivery module that interfaces with the...

Re: Theyyyy're Heeeeeere...

Mine showed up too. I didn't take pictures, but did weigh them. I was worried they'd be heavy, but they're only 24lbs, so I'm happy.

Re: Help what to do about fuel

Wow, then you for sure want more capability than stock. There is a lot of good info in fuels area on dual pump return style systems, fuel rails, pressure guages, injectors, etc. Good luck.

Re: Help what to do about fuel

Recommend you search on walbro in the fuels area and read the sticky, especially my two posts at the end.

I ended up replacing both my FPRM and fuel pump using an "airtex" unit I bought as a...
