Why didn't you just run G2's all around? Oh, the G2's run wide. The 315 G2 was about a half inch wider than my 315 555R. I put a 285 on an 18x10 rim and it fit perfectly.

The high mileage stuff is a gimmick IMO. Get rid of the JLT's and get some good cans on there. The puff on start up could be valve seals going out. If that's the case no oil is going to help.

Something isn't wired correctly somewhere. Did the harness look ok when you swapped out the head units? The balance and fade should work the same on stock and aftermarket head units.

I think you can get them from a parts store. I've never ordered a stock MAF to be honest. The bad MAF was diagnosed under warranty.
