Sounds more like the diff. making noise when at light throttle. I have 4.10s in with a short shifter and what can I say but it's a noisy drive train, they did not put a lot into noise dampening on...

I think this is the problem with CAI’s. I was reading out of the Sean Hylan 4.6 mod book about our ford MAF sensor. The mach might be stalling cause it’s getting too much air across the sensor...
