Airaid Carbon Fiber Throttle Body Hat. The bottom opening is 7.25 inches to fit the throttle body and the the inlet side is 5 inches. It should flow a little air......

If it smells like oil you can check the PCV valve. if its bad its just sucking some oil into the intake and its a cheap fix worth looking at
good luck with getting it figured out
