Just a little tid bit for you, if you use the iron block the stock radiator will not handle it. You will need to upgrade for a cost of around $400 (I think thats right) I think you would be better...

I'm no expert either but I used my old timing cover on my cobra block. The only difference I noticed was there was only one place for the knock sensors.
