You need to have the weight of your car supported by the suspension. Therefore, you have to be on a drive-on ramp.

Looks fine to me. There doesn't have to be any fluid in there but you could add a cap full to the place where it has fluid in your picture.

If you are using an aftermarket shifter, noise is...

I agree with all of that... I, as well, used the Fiore f/w adjuster and it is very nice compared to the rest of the field.

Did you notice a difference b/n the Fiore quadrant and whatever brand you had on the car beforehand?
