Disclaimer : My opinion

16K would be a great price and anything over 18K is unfair for the buyer. I feel miles really dont matter between 0-50K a clean car in that mileage range is a clean car.

Mine leaks too, i want it to be that stupid plug but i know in the back of my mind its probably the gasket. I just dont want to remove it and have to burp the coolant system lol.

Thanks man, so do you think the cogged setup caused you some of your grief ? Obviously this kinda stuff isnt a bolt on and go type of this. I expected, remove AC condenser and compressor, ABS motor...

Apples to oranges IMO. A "built" engine is built for a purpose and usually has the snot beat out of it and will be pushed to its limits.
