Turn off the rev limiters. They don't work for a 5 speed. The car has no idea if you are in gear or not. There is a clutch switch, but the X3 is not looking at it for input unless a tuner tries to...

Bent valves, notched piston on #5, you need to pull the motor.

Probly gonna have broken guides, and a trashed chamber. New head and piston, or a rebuild is in order.

the part no longer avialiable is the cobra lower intake manifold. Where the IC sits under the blower. KB wont sell there kit because it wont be a 'kit' anymore if you have to source your own parts....
