I have the same part number, since my cd player no longer ejects, also when I press load shows cd error. Shops listed above part number to be interchangeable with 4L2T 18C815-CE. haven’t trued that...

mine did the same thing. i kinda loosened up the rubber molding by hand spreading them . i guess it's the dirt got stuck causing the noise after couple of hours, it was gone...weird.
