Re: 2018 All-Ford Nationals at Carlisle, PA.

Bear and Gibbs having some fun. When we first brought Bear home, he hid in any corner he could find and literally had to be picked up to go outside. He was that scared.

Re: 2018 All-Ford Nationals at Carlisle, PA.

Mom is being discharged from the hospital tomorrow afternoon. They believe the infections are gone and feel she is ready to come home. As long as she doesn't have another relapse, I should be good to...

Re: 2018 All-Ford Nationals at Carlisle, PA.

Tony, Scott is going to be driving my Mach while he is here. We had talked about him using it for that exact purpose.

Re: 2018 Plans for your car.

Yes, aware of that. Just don't want any surprises and have been wanting to do the twin disc ever since trying nekasrof's. Pedal effort is insanely low, almost feels like a hydraulic clutch. I went...

Re: 2018 Plans for your car.

Not planned and certainly not expected but the Mach is getting a new twin disc clutch. Getting really tired of pulling clutches that are still like new because the Thowout Bearing failed. This is...

Re: 2018 All-Ford Nationals at Carlisle, PA.

Got mine Saturday but didn't look at the map. One is in the blue section and the other is in the red section.

Planning on doing both dinners and will be supplying the hamburger for the BBQ's....

Re: All your eggs in one Basket

One a side note. If the fuel mileage standard gets put back in place, I wonder what Ford's plan is. The cars have the mileage to bring the company average up. With their proposed product line, they...

Re: All your eggs in one Basket

The current business model is to only deal in high margin products with very short ROI times. My company has taken the approach that if the product doesn't completely pay for itself in less than 2...

Re: Cold air intake..which one?

The biggest gain is the filter. Dropping a good filter (K&N or something similar) will give the same gains as a CIA. The Mach's have a cold air intake from the factory. The air comes in from either...

Re: For Sale: MRT H-pipe

It is not cut. That is the way MRT builds/ships them. When slipped together the fit is normally good enough that a clamp is optional. If the cars didn't already have an MRT H-pipe, I would definitely...

Re: Who ports Intakes

Glad to see you are still doing them.

I've been running one of Roy's intakes and spacers on the Mach for close to if not over 10 years.

Re: Shocks / Struts ???

Running the Koni Yellow adjustable. Set at the midpoint ride comfort is about stock but cornering drastically improved. In all honestly though if you are just street driving it the KYB will be a good...

Re: Intake Spacer Dyno Results

I'm surprised by the numbers. While the spacer typically doesn't add much to the peak numbers, you normally see a nice bump in the mid rpm range. There is nothing on this one, very unusual.

Re: 2020 Mach1 hybrid!?

I would say not well.

It is kinda sad that the Bullitt (a movie car) gets a version on the 50th anniversary of the movie but the Mach 1 (real production car) turns 50 next year and the only thing...

You didn't take the other half of mine did you. I remember Dave had 2 left, one all black and one all aluminium. I wanted the black ring/aluminium door and someone else wanted an aluminium ring and...

Re: 2018 All-Ford Nationals at Carlisle, PA.

Scott, the reason the first version is for stock/shorties is because his LX and my GT both have shorties. If you had a set of Long tubes shipped to him or someone local has the same kind you...
