Compression test?
What is the proper procedure for a compression test?
What kind of pressure should a 2003 mach engine see?
Thanks in advance.

:stupid: Just a money grab IMHO. I have to fight to get everything fixed these days... They seem to be getting VERY cheap and not want to fix anything lately.

10W30 Too thick for a MACH1?
Is 10W30 too thick for our motors?
Some say yes ... some say no.
Who's running 10W30? What kind of pressure do you see if you have a real guage???
Thanks

Re: If using an xcalibrater2 do you still need a custom tune?
The door code tells them what tune the factory put... looks like there are a few difference tunes...
What was your code?
I'll look to see what mine was...

I would be impressed if it survived but since they bombed it I'm not impressed at all.

Could be any reason imaginable...
They do you issues, some minor some major. Some owners had no issues.
I'm sure if you asked each seller you would get a different answer from each.

Re: Cobra vs. Bullitt vs. Mach1 Calipers
That's a brake upgrade for you but since machs already have the bigger brakes again it's a bit much just to get red calipers... but each each their own as the saying goes.

Go to a good tuner and do some data logging. The only real way to tell whats going on in that computer.

Re: The "ticking" Noise...
Sounds like piston slap... very mild right now.
The best I have been able to decribe it as rocks in a tin can.
Do a search for piston slap or death rattle.
Go over to the Bullit club website...

Re: Anybody had this problem??
I had this with the restrictor plate when I first put it on.
Open up the hole on the plate 1/16 at at time trying it each time you open it up.
This solved my issue.
You should not have to go...

Did you see this:
04-24-8 is for a creaking type sound when turning the steering wheel when stopped or at very slow...
