There was a special edition that was the higher priced version. It came with a hero card of the cover signed by Tony and Scott and serial numbered sticker.

It's actually a brake clearance issue. Ford seems to be too lazy/cheap/dumb to design a spare wheel that will clear the brakes and still fit in the spare well. There is a company that sells a spare...
