That white clip fell out of the window rail track.
Solution:
Remove the nut on the Window Rail, lower the window a bit, put the clip back in the rail, re-assemble everything.

I raised the window, reattached the assembly, lined up all holes, tightened bolts. Haven't installed the motor yet, because manually moving the window, will only go down about 4-5 inches. It's...

That may have been my issue. I was attaching the motor to the assembly because those arms were pretty tough to move with the spring tension.. then installing the piece as one. So I wasn't sure...

With those gears misaligned, its impossible to fit the assembly matching the bolt holes.
I think my only option is to buy a new assembly with motor, line mine up identically to the new one and try...

I've got the whole assembly out, The spring was holding the motor in tight, and through some playing the motor shot out a little nervously and the assembly changed direction/compressed..

I've got the door panel off, removed the 3 bolts on the motor, 2 nuts on the rivets, couldn't remove the motor though.
I was trying to follow what the guy in this video did...

Interesting, with the temperature dropping at night, the power window works.
Why would the hot weather cause my power window to stop working?

I sprayed some silicone on the bushings, no difference.
Stuck my head under the car to try and isolate it while another person pushed down on the trunk.

On any type of bump on the road, from the rear passenger side, it gives off an annoying creaking sound.
