I wouldn’t expect much. I think I tried to sell mine but ended up selling it for scrap metal after no one showed interest. It may eventually be worth some money, but you’ll have to wait about 35-40...

I don't think they're more comfortable, as they're essentially the same design. However, I think the cobras have more adjustability. That was the biggest difference I noticed when I had an 03 cobra....

Usually if a relay is tested with a multimeter, if it check out ok, it can still be bad. Reason is that it might only malfunction when it gets hot. Sometimes you can tap on the relay and it'll work...
