Re: It's crazy how time flies. I hope you all are doing well.

Wow, time really does fly. I got the mach when I was 15 (31 now) and I lived on here. I still check in from time to time and I still have the Mach (has about 34k miles on it). I only drive it a...

Re: battery

I run a full range amp and a mono amp for the sub total is over 2,600 watts rms and the amps are A/B not D so they pull a lot of power. I have been through 3 optima batteries, diehard platinum...

Re: Ever get tired of how loud your car is?

I've been daily driving mine and it gets so annoying being so loud. I have hands free in my car but I have a hard time hearing someone when they call and I feel like I have to yell for them to hear...

Re: Cost to have cats welded in?

I just got another quote today for 175 for labor. There has to be a place around me that is cheaper but I haven't found it.

Re: Cost to have cats welded in?

That's more in line with what I thought it would cost.
I just asked for them to be welded in. I don't need to be able to swap them out.

Cost to have cats welded in?

I have an o/r prochamber that I would like to add cats to. I got a quote of 160-190 just for labor, but I don't know if it is a good price or not.
What is the going rate and does anyone have any...

Re: 15 year old drives a Mach 1

Thank you.
My grandfather let me drive on a church parking lot that was connected to his house when u was 11 and by myself at 12. When my sister got her VW Bug when I had just turned 13 my dad let...

Re: Am I the only one this happens to?

I used to get that all the time! The Mach was my first car and everyone wanted to tell me how to drive it. Like others have said, I was almost always going significantly slower than the speed limit...

Re: Input on new rotors.

That is why I gave them a shot. At that price it wasn't that big of deal if they didn't last that long (mine have been on for about 5 years). If I remember right, they gave be a discount for being on...

Re: Input on new rotors.

I went with slotted and dimpled rotors because I was concerned about a cheap rotor cracking. The only problem I have with them is that the dimples cause a weird noise, but no vibrations or cracks. ...

Re: Input on new rotors.

If your more concerned about looks than performance, I would go with rotor pros. I have their zinc coated slotted and dimpled (was afraid of cracking) and have not had any rust issues.

Re: Anyone replace window motor?

I decided to take apart the door and try to get the motor out. I got it out after a half hour. After I got it out I tested it and it worked so I plugged it back into the wiring harness to make sure...

Re: Anyone replace window motor?

Okay, this is the video that I watched. According to the video, I do not see how I can take out the motor without taking out the regulator (I would prefer whatever way is easiest/fastest). You may...

Re: Anyone replace window motor?

Thanks.
I have replaced my entire stereo (had the doors down to the plastic barrier) so at least I know that much of the job. My big concern is messing up the glass while changing the motor and...
