Bypass upgrade

Ok time to upgrade my bypass valve want to get a closed vortech mondo or procharger closed red race valve. Will be vented to atmosphere. Anyone have experience with either?

Belt size

Currently have a 3.4 pulley on procharger with a belt 108.3/4 length its a tight fit going to a 3.25 pulley will i be ok with same belt? Next size down is 108.1/8.

Just received oil catch can I ordered. It has a breather on it. Is that ok or will it cause a vacuum leak?

I was cleaning my wheels today and noticed a bolt sticking out of front caliper from top of caliper but on the bottom side of caliper. I was able to pull it out it has no threads but looks like it...

The tune itself is fine car runs great just dumps too much fuel at idle. Tuning can't fix hardware, the 80s don't like to run below 2ms pulsewidth, and you end up running slightly less PW than that...

I have a built bottom end running 16-18lbs of boost on a D1 so my gap will be way differently than yours. But even that seems to be a wide gap for a stock setup.

Currently have 031 gap seem to be getting what seems like spark blowout upper rpms d1 blower 16lbs boost should I run a smaller gap? Was thinking 028?
