No, the link he provided is a kit that includes a new crank, rods, pistons, wrist pins, rings, and locks. Does not include new main bearings or a new block. Sounds like a new bottom end to me,...

Yes, increases displacement from the stock 281. No, you can't use that with a stock bottom end - in fact that basically replaces the stock bottom end.

Brake cleaner works as long as it's oil-free type cleaner. Q-tip with cleaner can clean the wires, but they're delicate so take your time. Careful with it. Tamper proof torx bits let you remove...
