Re: has anyone plasti dipped there trunklid?

Well I wouldn't take those numbers to the bank. That was with the hood open just idling. They may get closer to 200 with the hood closed after some hard pulls but I don't see them reaching 500.

Re: has anyone plasti dipped there trunklid?

They shouldnt get anywhere near that hot. I checked mine with an infrared temperature gun once and they were only around 150* and the block was around 200*.

Re: VT: 2003 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Supercharged

So what if you can? If you do it's probably a salvage title or over 100k miles. He didn't ask your opinion on what other cars you can buy for his asking price. Seller, keep your price where its at, I...

Re: Radiator question

I just put a Mishimoto in my car. I think they are very similar in size. The power pipe does not clear the fan temp connector, also it hits the top of the upper radiator hose. Havent figured out how...

Free Radiator (BR,La)

I just pulled this out of my Mach 1. I don't think there is anything wrong with it, it just wasn't keeping my car cool with the setup I have. I'll hang onto it until Monday if anybody wants it but...

Re: Hanging/Slow dropping RPM FIX inside.

Great mod, it works like a charm. I didn't read through all of the replies but for a cammed motor I would suggest going with a 3/8" hole. Mine had a tough time idling with the a/c on and died on me...

Re: Help with cooling issues

Bringing this back from the dead for an update. I finally got round to installing the Mishimoto radiator this week and it has solved my cooliong problems. Temps rarely go over 180 with the a/c off...

Re: Guys with centri blowers/aftermarket radiators come in

Guys with centri blowers/aftermarket radiators come in

Anybody run into these clearance issues with aftermarket radiators? I just installed a mishimoto 3 core and my AFM powerpipe is not going to clear the top of the radiator or the fan harness. Any...
