I use it all the time. Yeah, it's a little distracting but I'm usually not driving alone when I use it. I put one of my kids in charge of watching it. I like that people post where the cops are.

Undo the bottom and roll it up. I had the same thing happen to mine. The fabric separated from the bladder. I haven't checked into a replacement yet.
