Welds look great! What welding rod are you using? (assuming you are using a TIG) I just bought a TIG so I can get better control over my MIG but still learning which rods to use for different...

Looking good; I expected much better quality on that Hellion kit than that! How much of those issues were from the previous owner vs. what Hellion did?

Car is at a dead stop... I have been working to much to even take the cover off of it. :(

I have a large fuse close to my battery (ran a 4 gauge line) and a fuse for each individual pump (3 of them), those are in the trunk. My 4 gauge wire drops in to my relay box, the relay box has built...

My volvo fan improved cooling, still did not fix my issue but that is another story. However, it did prove to be more efficient. Your fan looked just like mine. :)

I too am interested to compare the actual on car results as all setups will preform a bit different. My earlier research led me down the precision path and away from BW, but I was not looking at...

In an effort to 100% solve my issue, new braided AN lines for coolant and doing what 420 recommends and running it into the fender, but as you said, it will require redoing all the cold side piping...

Yea, I said the same thing when I was 9:1; but I dropped a valve and new pistons were needed anyway, so I went all out. Drivability greatly improved as well.

Cams are custom ground specific for a turbo application. HPP spec'd the cams; heads are fully ported and CR is 11:1. This was on E85. Yes, I have the dyno sheet, but it is not with me.

Nice update; fwiw, I have 3:08s in my rear behind a TH400, hooking is still a challenge. But when it hooks, it pulls hard forever, gives the pucker effect. :27:
