Why is it that ALL COPS always ask the same question

"Do you know how fast you were going?" when they are the ones with the Calibrated laser/radar guns...

This was what, within a couple weeks time? I think it's rediculous. These posts. Murder, theft, stolen goods, drug charges (planting evidence).

I'd bet there are alot of guys in prison...

I would like to know what the hell is going through the head of police officers anymore... I know there are some good cops out there, but you definitely see the bad ones in the news alot anymore.
