well it took some time but finally got it tuned. Had some idle and stalling issues but think we got it now. Here are the numbers;

Mustang dyno;

Best pull without cams 332 hp and 332 tq at 6448...

Just have to get it tuned again and see what the gain will be.
Before numbers are.
I put down 332HP and 335TQ on motor.
I put down 420HP and 440TQ on nitrous
Mustang dyno.

Are the two valve tensioners the same as the four valve ones? Do I get the racheting ones?

The primary tentioners are plastic. I guess I need to replace them then. Where do I get them from? Ford dealer? Dam I guess I'm at a stand still. :(

Ok I installed the gears at 4 deg and re-checked the degree and here is the results.

Right intake 72/148 = 220= 110 LSA
Right ex is same at 114 LSA

Left intake 72/146 = 218= 109 LSA

So are you saying that you only turn the gear and not the cam but if so how does that change the timing if you are leaving the cam in the same spot?

When installing the adjustable gears do you put them at stock position first and check LSA. Then if its not right take it apart and re-set the gears. Does the adjustable gear go on the intake cams?

Ok got the cams and gears. Started tearing it down....Ya left valve cover is a pain in the you know what. Thought I would check the LSA on the stock cams. This is what I got.

right intake cam...
