I have not checked, but it sounds like the fuse or fuses for the amps may have blown. The mach head unit powers the mid/tweeters and the 6x8's are powered by the amps in the rear. I would bet that...

I am running an Eclipse aftermarket head with a MTX thunderform and Kicker mono amp. I did hear a dudes that had his sub and amp setup with the stock head unit, It sounded pretty dang good!
