Those 340 pumps tend to die. And it doesn't fit the hat, so you would need to mod it.
I think JMS has a 340 that is the same size as stock. You can also just get a Walbro 255.
The correct way...

You might want to check your tune. Perhaps the safety features for keeping the cats cool are shut off or too high of a temp. Once the cats get hot the computer is supposed to richen the air fuel in...

Cutting is the way to go. I had aftermarket springs and ditched them for cut stockers. I'd go with half a coil and see what you think.

These guys got it, but I've always used the gear/rpm calculator on drag times. Sounds like you have 4.10s if you are on stock tires at 75 hitting 2,800rpms.
