Just curious what was your combo while using the 8.5 psr? I've been recommended 10" psr with my 106100s. What kinda numbers were u putting down with it in place? SOTP feel over stock intake? Thanks

Dang even still I didn't know they went for that much. Ill be listing mine tonite lol I haven't searched prices on stock cams that's why I was surprised. Mine only has 60k miles

Alright update. Pulled every lash adjuster/rocker arm. Everything looked fine, None collapsed. No valvesprings broken that I could see visually,killed ignition to each.cylinder,noise stayed the same,...

Do u have any vids of the noise? Would cutting ignition to each cylinder stop the noise if it was piston slap? It does it even after its warmed up. Tomorrow I'm removing all lash adjusters from the...

it doesn't seem like the clutches are releasing.or something is bound up. When u have the car jacked up and grab the wheel and try to spin it front to back its rather difficult and just doesn't feel...

About the only way to get it to clear the gear. Would axle bearings cause it? I have a brand new set of em I'm gonna throw in it once I get it all apart

dif issue need help!

So my rearend makes a horrible noise when turning left and right. But going straight down the road it has zero gear whine and no abnormal vibrations. Also it doesn't act up when the dif fluid is cold...

Well Dang little late for that now lol I thought 5w20 was the correct weight. I've heard some people say 10w40 although I've never ran that in this car

So put oil in it. Started it up let it run for 5 min and within those 5 min I couldn't hear the noise hardly at all. Everything sounded normal like usual. Only when u give it a little throttle does...

I'm def putting the right amount in lol I've got 6 quarts motorcraft 5w20 now. Should be putting it back together tomorrow and gonna see how it sounds and just drive it I suppose til maybe somethin...

Ok I think it sounds very much like the notorious head tick these things are known for. Suppose ill just put it together fill it with oil and drive it. Also btw after I drained the oil I measured it...
