Shouldn't affect the a/f ratio more than a tenth of a point. The big difference between the RAI and CAI is just where the air is brought in from (fenderwell instead of under the hood).

You will need the additional parts to make it work, this is just the tube, not the CAI kit. But yes, it will bold up to the factory MAF no problem.

Had a PI Stallion 3000rpm single disc non-locking and loved it. Was great for a street application but after I got it I thought I should have got a 3600rpm stall instead.
