With all the interested in Prochargers on this board I think it would be a good idea to have a thread listing the head unit and supporting mods you are running and also the HP/TQ if available. This will give other users an idea of what size pulleys produce what boost and what supporting mods are needed to achieve that boost level and HP level.

Please use the following format.

Stock bottom end: YES

Head unit: D1SC

Pulley size and boost level: 4.15 pulley, 8psi at 6,200

Fuel system: 39lb injectors, stock MAF with MAFia, 03 Cobra pumps

Tuner: Xcal2 custom tuned by Lasota Racing using my Innovate wideband and Xcal2 datalogs

Other notable mods: ported intake, offroad midpipe, everything else is stock

Pulley size and boost level: 4.00 pulley, should be 10 psi but im seeing 12 at around 6200 I think. Im not 100% sure of the rpm im seeing full boost cause the boost gauge isnt in the car, Had one in it on the dyno though.

Fuel system: 42lb injectors soon to be 60s, stock MAF with MAFia, 03 Cobra pumps

Tuner: Flash tuned by mustang magic

Other notable mods: Bassani off road X, every thing else is stock.

RWHP/RWTQ: 450RWHP 417RWTQ injectors were maxed out thats the only reason we kept it tuned around 450

Just installed a 3.7 stock Procharger pulley but had some detonation so we had to pull some timing out (to 13* and made about the same power, just more under the curve). I'll be running some 100 octane next week and see what it'll do.

Do most of you make peak power right around 6,500? I made one pull to about 6,900 yesterday on the dyno just to see if power would keep rising but it peaked at 6,500 every pull.

Looking at this thread I am begining to think I may have set my power limits WAY too low! I am feeling that I may be overly safe with my tune, but I am going to keep this tune and see if 403/356rw will get me into the 11's.

I thought I was on a safe tune but nothing compared to you. Did you ever post up your sheet? What was your timing set at?

he posted an 11.3 A/F ratio... 11.3 A/F is extremely rich. he could easily pop a few degrees of timing and even pull some fuel out. i believe 11.8-12.0 is very conservative and in the ballpark of a good tune to go out onto the street with. 11.3 is overboard, IMO.

11.3 is pretty rich. Mine levels out at 11.6 which is conservative.

mine sits between 11.9-12.0 from 4,500-6,500 which according to SCT is where you want it at for a superchargered 4V.

The reason for the rich fuel and pulled timing was my order to the tuner to keep it below 400rw. I know I can go leaner and add some timing, but I need a back up car incase this one pops before I do that.

the motors seem to do fine at the 430-440 WHP number... but i respect your reservations. are you building another shortblock and planning to go balls-deep with a crazy setup?

Only seeing 9 psi because the blower cams flow so much better than stock cams.

Not going crazy with this. I am thinking about picking up a Teksid block and start to bit and piece a short block for a later date. I would love to forge and change head units, but that would be LONG range. Like I mentioned earlier, if I can get 11's with my present tune I will stay here for a while. What ever I do I want to keep it as a car capable as a DD.

And I was worried about washing down my cylinders at 11.3. 9.8 is just crazy rich! I am amazed he was able to pull the power he has with that rich of an A/F ratio.
