Well, not at Carlisle with you guys but I'm in Weatherly with another Mach from the board. I have taken the record for the Weatherly track. Hehe, by .006sec. But a record is a record. AND by a Mach. Black is holding the current ESP record so arguements about color......hahaha. I am hoping someone got a decent picture of me close to the end of the day going over the 'jump' when my times were really improving. No, Machs weren't supposed to leave the ground, but you gotta if you wanna be fast here.

How's the weather? Nice and steamy there? Was hot in Weatherly but I know it's cooler than Carlisle since we're in the Pocono Mts. Anyway, have a great time! See some of you guys on the Crab Run.

Well John, for about $2,000 in fuel costs you could have been here too. Oh by the way, could forward me that porno link? You guys took it down before those of us at Carlisle could download it. :23:

Congrats on the record . :worship:
Anyone shoot a vid of it ?

It was hot and steamy , hot and steamy , and hot and steamy .
Lots of beautiful cars out there .

This was my 1st time to Carlisle . I cant say enough how organized and prepared the staff was for this event . Simply amazing start to finish .
The Hotel was fantastic . The rooms were above average . Very nice !

It was nice to see everyone and catch up . Finally met some of you in person for the first time . Thanks to all that take there very valuable time to put these events together .

Most of you went to bed around 1030 after the BBQ . Thats when all the funny shiat started happening . We , about 7 of us worked up a hunger . I defenitely wasnt driving . Thanks Mark/Sparks Mach 1 for taking my drunk azz to Giant . We went with Filet Mignon and boneless Chicken breast BTW ..
As the evening progressed so did the drunkeness . Needless to say one of guys no name mentioned , found himself flipping the bench over face first . That was just the beginning . Im guessing he flopped and fell on the ground for the next half of an hour until such time we made him get something into his stomach . Well it wasnt long after that that he passed out on the sidewalk to start the heaving process . Well around 2am we literally carried him to his car so that his totally sober younger brother could take him home .

It was a great evening . :smokin:

It was much funnier in person . :23:

Re: Carlisle All Ford nationals - Mach 1 Registry Meet June 6-8, 2008

Made it home about 2:15pm, with a couple of pit stops and lunch break.
Only used 3/4 tank of gas (250 miles) with the A/C on! We had about 1 min of heavy down pour about 60 miles from home, but that was it.

Thanks all for the Prep on the BBQ and the food! I told the hotel about the nuclear meltdown of the grille and it should be cleaned out (Pics to follow).

Thanks to TOM for setting up Al's pizza!! Always nice to check out other local food places.

Thanks to EVERYONE that support this evernt! It's always a please to see everyone every year and just sit back and enjoy the weekend....even though it was 95 Degrees!

See some of you again in April for the 45th Show!

Pics can be posted in Gallery http://www.mach1registry.org/photopost (Under Carlisle 2008 section!)

Bill H, you really should be more careful about leaving your windows cracked when you walk away from your car to take pictures. You never know what someone may throw in your car.

Well I was a little disapointed with those $20 bills ... they seemed a little "short". Hey, drinks on me again --- just tell the waitress to put it on your tab. :23:

Yeah, I was a little disappointed with the $20 bill as well. At least it could have been for something I actually wanted.

Let's see. Hooter's plus Chris sitting at the table still equals a screwed up bill. I think we just discovered Murphy's second law.

Man, Had a great time again this year. Great to see everyone again. My dad had a great time as well. Hope all made it home OK. Not sure about the rest of you but I'm already looking forward to next year.

Man those $20 look-a-like business cards had me going too for a second. It was a good way to atleast get me to look at what it said. But sad to say the MGW is safe and will not be replaced. :3amin:

You go Girl , well deserved and thanks for the photo tips too. Sunday morning while I was walking around taking pictures, I had two different people come up to me thinking I worked for a Mustang magazine. They said the way I was taking low angle shots and multiple views they figured I was a professional (LOL).
