Yes, so I've read. I haven't seen any bad reviews about it either. I saw a couple reviews of guys saying they're no good but never owned one lol.

Re: Starting my Build

Been a little busy vacationing, just bought my first home with my first garage :D, and spending money on booze lol. But I just sent the oil pan to get dipped in carbon fiber earlier today. Once they're done with that I will be sending the pan and the valve covers to the builder. I'll see what progress has been done when I get there. Should be almost complete.

Short block assembled. Also ceramic coated the top of the pistons as you can see. Anyone know what the compression would be with the flat tops? I'm thinking 11.1

looks good !, btw. Your going to need more info than that to determine final compression #'s. I used this to find out mine which is also 10.95:1 using a dome piston

http://www.csgnetwork.com/compcalc.html

No valve reliefs ??

No valve reliefs. Aren't Valve reliefs for guys using bigger cams? I'll be using 98 cobra cams.

My heads are 4 thread C heads so I decided to do some 9 thread time-serts. Pretty cool to see them get installed.

hey we have to learn some how, I've been trying my skill at re-doing 1:18 scale die cast cars. It takes time to build up a skill for it and I get told good work, but there is still improvement needed.
